How to dose:
Take 2 drops directly under the tongue, in a clean mouth, away from food and drink by approx. 10 minutes is ideal.

Recommendation:
This remedy is recommended to be taken once weekly and it is recommended to take up to 4 months at a time. Please consult with a Homeopath or medical professional if you have further concerns beyond this timeframe. This is best practice.
